Pesto Pasta with Courgettes and Sun-dried Tomatoes

This is one of those no-frills meal and you don’t need a recipe to make the dish at all.
If you have a pre-made pesto, just stir fry zucchini, sundried tomato, mushrooms with generous amount of olive oil and toss in cooked pasta.
There are gazillions of pesto recipes out there. For me, I used two handful of basil leaves, half cup of olive oil, a handful of pine nuts and blend them till become paste. Season with salt and pepper.
